Job summary

Culligan Water of Red Wing is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections.

Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers. The compensation range is $21.00–$25.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, uniforms, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to engage with strangers and build professional relationships.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect payments and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously with a customer-focused service style.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.

Culligan Water of Red Wing is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
