Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily delivery route, serving both residential and commercial customers with bottled water, salt, and dispensing-unit support. You will troubleshoot basic equipment issues, ensure accurate deliveries, and uphold exceptional customer service at every stop.

• Able to lift and move heavy products up to 50–80 lbs.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and obtain Class C or B license if needed.
• No college degree required; motivated to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units and test water quality.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements.
• Receive formal training with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

We Are Looking for Candidates Who:

• Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
• Are reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
• Have a strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
• Are mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)
• Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
• Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs)
• Hold a valid driver’s license and are able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed
• Do not need a college degree—just motivation and a willingness to learn
• Are excited to join a team with full onboarding, paid training, and full benefits after 60 days
• Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one – required)

• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
• Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
