Culligan Route Driver position with U.S. Water Culligan Group involves delivering water and salt to homes and businesses, servicing dispensing units, and solving basic equipment issues to ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will manage a daily route, stay active, and provide reliable service with onboarding and training. A valid license, ability to lift 50–80 lbs, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and train on equipment and processes.
• Hold a valid driver's license; Class C or B may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water and salt.
• Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on dispensing units.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate needs to the team.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure inventory control per route.
• Follow safety guidelines and DOT requirements.

Requirements

We Are Looking for Candidates Who:

• Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
• Are reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
• Have a strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
• Are mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)
• Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
• Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50-80 lbs)
• Hold a valid driver’s license and are able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed
• Do not need a college degree - just motivation and a willingness to learn
• Are excited to join a team with full onboarding, paid training, and full benefits after 60 days
• Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one - required)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
• Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
• Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
