Job summary

Star-Distributing-Co-LLC is seeking a Route Developer in the Houston area to market, promote, and profitably sell Ari Zona Beverages. This role focuses on stocking products across all accounts in the assigned territory and driving weekly field activity.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 2–5 years of sales experience, and strong time management and organizational skills. The position is on-site in Houston with regular field duties and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of relevant sales and industry experience.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are available to every account within territory.
• All accounts must be offered, all promotions made available by Ari Z ona Beverages.
• Ensure all orders are entered into the iPad at location to utilize prior history for accuracy of customer needs.
• Must supply the company with a complete list of all potential customers in his/her territory.
• Actively solicit every potential customer in his/her territory on a weekly basis when working that assigned route day.
• Ensure all retail accounts are merchandised and packed-out to the company standards. Place POS banners, displays, where applicable and cooler resets for expanding distribution.
• Ensure all Master Data is updated and maintained weekly for name, address, owner’s name, beer license # and expiration date, in proper sequence order for service.
• Can only service customer in his/her assigned geographic territory.
• All Ari Z ona identified racks, glide trays and refrigerators are for exclusive use of our products; non-exclusive situations should be corrected and reported to management.
• Must attend all company requested meetings.
• All new accounts requiring an account number must be called in from the trade.
