Job summary

Worldpac is hiring a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate on a defined route, delivering products and picking up returns. The role also handles shipping/receiving within the branch and requires safe, courteous driving and accurate records.

Education requires a high school diploma or GED, and candidates must be 18+, with a valid license and clean MVR. Forklift/pallet jack skills and strong math, RF device use, and excellent customer service are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school/ GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR per company standards.
• Meet state/province driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
• Safe operating practices and a neat, safe work environment.
• Willing to learn, read safety rules, and follow procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
• Strong math skills and proficient use of computers/RF devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers or pick up returns safely.
• Create and maintain required records.
• Dispatch orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and store merchandise by part and quantity.
• Ensure orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
• Collect payments when needed and maintain documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
