Job summary

Industrial Supply is seeking a dependable VMI Delivery Representative for our Las Vegas team. This full-time role delivers products, stocks customer locations, and manages inventory on an assigned route throughout the Las Vegas area.

You will load and unload, use scanners and inventory systems, and work with the sales team to ensure customers have what they need while maintaining accurate delivery records and professional service.

Qualifications

• Delivery or route-driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic technology and inventory systems.
• Able to load, unload, carry and stock products safely.
• Warehouse, distribution or VMI experience is a plus.
• Experience with inventory or order-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route and make customer deliveries.
• Load and unload products safely.
• Replenish inventory at customer locations, including bins and vending machines.
• Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to gather and track orders.
• Keep customer stocking areas clean, organized, and properly labeled.
• Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Communicate with customers about inventory and service needs.
• Work with our inside and outside sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Keep the company delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
