Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a delivery driver to perform daily routes with 10–20 stops, maintain driver logs, and ensure on-time deliveries in all weather. Expect 8–12 hour shifts, potential overtime, and hands-on loading/unloading duties.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, ability to lift 50–80 lbs, and passing a pre-employment drug test. Forklift operation may be needed on occasion.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience with a road test.
• Ability to operate forklifts and high-reach lifts as required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds.
• Willingness to push up to 40 pounds with tires or barrels.
• Able to follow safety procedures and SOPs.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Overtime may be required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test (THC not tested).
• DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds on delivery routes with 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Maintain accurate logs and records (driver logs, fuel logs).
• Ensure on-time deliveries in all weather.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist in loading/unloading and operate equipment as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 80 on tires (team lifts as needed).
• Work 8–12 hours per day; use handheld device to confirm deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management.
• Collect payments from customers at delivery.
