Route Delivery Driver/Warehouse Rep (Transportation)

As a Route Delivery Driver/Warehouse Rep you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Culligan drinking water and associated products directly to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, bottling, order fulfillment and customer service. The ideal candidate for this role will understand effective route planning, have excellent driving skills, and will be committed to delivering exceptional Culligan service.

  • 1-2 years of previous route delivery driving experience is preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse and/or production experience is preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check per Company requirements.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain, a driving record check to be insurable by the Company to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to safely operate/drive company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs. daily for approximately 8-10 hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis.
  • Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required of this position.

Technically speaking, the ideal candidate for this role will be highly customer oriented, comfortable managing their time and solving problems, and will remain adaptable and flexible throughout their shift to accommodate customer and business needs. Commitment to safety and ability to work with technology, such as a smartphone and GPS navigation, will be crucial to success in this role.
