Job summary

Handcrafted Wines is hiring a Route Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to deliver wine and spirits to customer accounts across the Kansas City area and to support warehouse operations. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime opportunities, with a focus on reliable, customer-focused service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions during deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• One year of warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and organize delivery vehicle for daily routes.
• Deliver wine and spirits safely and accurately to customer accounts in the Kansas City area.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Complete delivery paperwork, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Pick and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and product organization.
• Support the team to keep daily operations running efficiently.
