Job summary

Handcrafted Wines is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to safely deliver wine and spirits to retailers, restaurants, and other locations in the greater St. Louis area.

First Shift, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed. We offer a $18.00-$20.00 per hour wage based on experience, plus a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 retention bonus after 90 days, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Ability to routinely lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load your delivery vehicle based on daily route invoices.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Unload product at customer locations (up to 50 lbs).
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver wine and spirits to retail stores, restaurants, and other customer locations throughout the greater St. Louis area.

Responsibilities include:

• Load your delivery vehicle based on daily route invoices.
• Deliver products safely, accurately, and on time.
• Unload product at customer locations (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.).
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
