Open Hand delivers meals through a dedicated driver to clients across designated locations in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role requires maintaining a clean driving record and safe operation of company vehicles, with an emphasis on timely delivery and customer service.

The position supports packing, routing, and daily vehicle checks while adhering to safety policies and LEAN practices. Residency must be in Georgia as stated in the posting.

• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate to staff, volunteers and clients appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Open Hand/Good Measure Meals to clients using delivery app and route sheets.
• Provide client services, documentation for non-delivered meals.
• Maintain and clean distribution property including vehicles and equipment.
• Load and verify counts of meals before departing facility.
• Inspect vehicle using Vehicle Inspection Form before daily departures.
• Assist with meal packaging as needed.
• Initiate LEAN work processes and drive efficiency.
• Take ownership and resolve issues promptly.
• Delegate tasks to maximize resources and keep workflow moving.
• Assist with training new staff.
