Job summary

Road Tested Parts is seeking a Route Driver to ensure timely, safe deliveries across pre-planned routes. You will represent the company on the road and provide excellent customer service while adhering to traffic regulations.

You will load and unload items, secure cargo up to 50 lbs, perform routine vehicle inspections, and maintain delivery records. Strong communication with dispatch and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport parts to designated customer locations on a pre-planned route.
• Load and unload cargo; lift up to 50 lbs; may use equipment for heavier lifting.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and confirmations.
• Communicate with dispatchers, sales team, and customers about schedules and delays.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
