Job summary

Torero Logistics Corp (TLC) is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to join our San Leandro, CA team. The role features an $26 base hourly pay with eligibility for performance bonuses and a potential $0.50–$3.13 extra per hour in performance-based bonuses.

You will work roughly 8–9 hours daily, 4–5 days per week, with at least one weekend shift. Full-time benefits include health coverage, paid training, and a discretionary $1000 signing/first-month bonus, plus quarterly retention bonuses and paid

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.
