Torero Logistics Corp (TLC) is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in South San Francisco. The role offers a base rate of $26.00 per hour with additional bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.

Shifts are typically 8–9 hours from 9:15 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM, with a requirement to work at least one weekend day. We provide a new van, gas, insurance, health benefits, and paid training. Eligible employees can earn a $1000 bonus paid over initial months and quarterly retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial locations using provided van.
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
• Earn bonuses from $0.50 to $3.13 per hour based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
• Receive a $1000 bonus paid out over initial months of employment (requires no call outs and at least 5 shifts per week).
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases with tenure.
• Earn paid time off and health benefits provided.
• New van, gas, and insurance provided.
• Paid training provided.
• Full-time alignment 4–5 days per week; must work at least one weekend day.
