U.S. AutoForce is seeking a reliable delivery driver to support our hours-based routes in the Milwaukee area. You will drive a box truck, complete 10–20 daily deliveries, and maintain accurate logs while ensuring on-time arrivals.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lb regularly (80 lb occasionally) and, at times, using equipment for loading/unloading. Expect 8–12 hour days with potential overtime and safety training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience (box truck, cube van or semi).
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts when required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with tires and large loads.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Pre-employment drug test required; drug test excludes THC/marijuana.
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Drive a box truck on routes with 10–20 deliveries daily.
• Maintain accurate records and logs (driver logs, fuel logs, etc.).
• Make on-time deliveries at customer locations in all weather conditions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Lift 50 lb consistently, up to 80 lb; team lifts or use of equipment as needed.
• Pushing force up to 40 lb when handling tires.
• Assist in loading/unloading and operate equipment if needed.
• Work approximately 8–12 hours per day.
• Operate handheld device to confirm deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
• May be assigned other related tasks as needed.
