Job Description: Route Delivery Driver - Class A CDL

UP TO A $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON ELIGIBILITY

MINIMUM BASE PAY AND STARTING PAY ARE $52,000/YEAR

Job Summary / General Description:

As a Route Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of grocery/food items, specialty products, and supplies to various customer locations. Based in Marietta, OH, you will be a vital part of our team servicing customers and delivering fine foods since 1942.

Sign-On Bonus Details:

• $10,000 subject to eligibility, including but not limited to:
• Three or more years of Class A CDL driving experience
• No major reportable accidents or traffic offenses

$5,000 for drivers with less than three years of experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive tractor-trailer and deliver products along assigned routes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and other traffic laws.
• Maintain delivery accuracy and prevent damage.
• Communicate promptly with the Transportation Supervisor regarding issues.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips for defects.
• Navigate to destinations, applying knowledge of driving regulations.
• Maintain electronic logs per DOT rules.
• Follow instructions and safety policies.
• Uphold professional appearance and conduct.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
