Job summary

Bauer Built is seeking a Route Delivery Driver in Lincoln, NE to pick up and deliver products along an established route within approximately a 60‑mile service area. You will move and organize inventory, load and unload tires, and maintain accurate delivery records while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least some delivery or warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required depending on route.
• Clean driving record meeting company/insurance requirements.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, or warehouse preferred.
• Ability to lift and move tires and products up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products along an established route within ~60 miles.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up and deliver products to customers while following an established route within approximately a 60‑mile service area.
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to move and organize inventory.
• Move, locate, stack, count, and sort inventory to maintain an organized warehouse and delivery environment.
• Load and unload tires and related products of various sizes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies, damages, or customer concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety protocols and comply with federal, state, and local traffic laws while operating company vehicles.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required depending on vehicle or route assignments).
• Clean driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Previous delivery, route driving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and load/unload tires and products weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and record‑keeping abilities.
