As a Route Delivery Driver, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of Culligan products to customers on a predetermined route. This customer-facing role requires consultation with customers to determine their needs, effective route planning, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

What you’ll do:

Route planning and execution:

• Prepare and load the delivery vehicle, familiarize with route and customer requests
• Complete all scheduled deliveries
• Identify challenges ahead for route optimization

Customer service:

• Interact professionally and courteously with customers
• Address questions and concerns during deliveries

Product knowledge:

• Understand and handle products properly
• Provide product information to customers

Documentation:

• Accurately complete customer agreements and route sheets
• Collect payments and submit daily activity sheets
• Use handheld devices properly and accurately

Safety:

• Operate vehicles safely, follow traffic and DOT regulations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues

Work environment:

Delivering in all weather conditions, requiring physical stamina, and extensive driving and customer interaction.
