Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of route/delivery experience; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL with air brakes required; assistance to obtain may be provided.
• No more than 2 moving violations and no OWIs in the last five years.
• Minimum 3 years of previous personnel management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance to uphold brand image.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to handle on-site issues under stress.
• Consistent, regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery standard procedures and ensure drivers follow work orders, safety and SOPs.
• Serve as senior mentor and coach for the route delivery team; schedule rides and visit customer locations.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, motivation, discipline, and development.
• Act as corporate liaison to meet customer and company performance expectations while reflecting Coca-Cola brand.
• Coordinate communication between departments to complete distribution activities like delivery, shelf filling, stock rotation, displays, and credits.
• Identify short- and long-term planning to improve efficiencies and customer service levels.
• Perform other duties as required.
