Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Route Customer Service Representative to manage a dedicated route in the Santa Fe area. The role includes driving a company vehicle, serving customers, delivering and restocking sanitation products, and building relationships with restaurant staff.

You’ll receive paid training and have potential to grow into managing your own route. Base pay is $23/hour plus overtime, with estimated annual earnings of $60,000–$70,000, typical 40–45 hours per week, Monday–Friday,

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative to join our Santa Fe team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout an assigned area.

You'll receive paid training while learning our business and developing the skills needed to eventually manage your own customer route.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle to restaurants and commercial customer locations
• Service customers throughout an assigned route
• Deliver and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and managers while identifying opportunities to recommend and upsell additional products and services.
• Comfortable recommending products and services to existing customers and motivated by opportunities to earn additional commission.
• Manage your daily route while working independently in the field
• Occasional travel to Bloomfield, NM to support our neighboring branch as business needs arise.

Pay & Schedule

• $23/hour
• Typically 40–45 hours per week
• Overtime paid at applicable rates
• Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$70,000, depending on overtime and on-call hours
• Monday–Friday with a 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-call rotation approximately once every 3-4 weeks

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable driving throughout the day and working independently
• Customer-focused and confident communicating face-to-face
• Dependable and able to manage a daily route
• Comfortable with hands-on work and willing to learn basic equipment service
• Interested in developing long-term customer relationships

Experience in route delivery, beverage service, uniform or linen service, vending, merchandising, foodservice, pest control, field service, or another customer-facing driving role can translate well to this position.
