Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily maintenance of vehicle and keep operator records.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy, correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain safety practices and comply with all safety policies.
• Perform other duties within scope as needed.
