Guardian is seeking a dependable Route Cleaner to join our Harrisburg, PA team. This hands-on role involves completing cleaning routes, maintaining facilities, and ensuring safety and quality on every site visit.

Ideal candidates will have prior cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We offer a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to follow a structured route and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure all areas meet quality and cleanliness standards before departing each location.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members while on route.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
