Guardian is seeking a dependable Route Cleaner to join our Allentown team. This role involves cleaning and maintenance along an assigned route of commercial or residential locations, ensuring on-time service and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to follow a route schedule independently.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties along an assigned route of commercial or residential locations.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap at each stop.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper working condition.
• Complete route on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards.
