Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. is seeking a Route Driver in the Lebanon, MO area. This full-time position offers a CDL with air brake and manual transmission endorsements and requires a strong focus on safety and customer service.

You will operate company trucks, deliver products, and ensure accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. Starting pay is $27.75 per hour, with flexibility to work Saturdays and guaranteed daily hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with air brake and manual transmission endorsements.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused.
• Detail-oriented with ability to detect errors.

• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety rules.
• Operate company trucks over 4 tons.
• Transport, pick up, and relocate products.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance reports.
• Deliver professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain DOT, OSHA certifications.
• Complete required documentation for bookkeeping and inventory.
• Maintain professional appearance and respectful conduct.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
