Ally Waste Services is seeking a Bulk Tech Driver to service apartment communities along a daily route, driving a company truck and trailer. The role requires loading bulky items, securing loads, and maintaining timely pickups while ensuring safety and compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with at least 2 years of licensed driving.
• Clean driving record; verification after offer.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Certificate; assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and trailer along an assigned daily route.
• Check in, photograph, and document bulky items via mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items using proper lifting/stacking techniques.
• Haul items to disposal facility and unload on arrival.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within timeframes.
• Communicate property concerns or service exceptions to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
