Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure Coca-Cola beverages are available, visible, and promoted in retail stores across the Boston area. You will stock shelves, build displays, rotate products, and maintain proper product levels to support sales.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the Boston Sales Center territory, mainly south of Boston. Weekend work and early start times are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in grocery/retail or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with pallet jacks and manual handling equipment preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 40-55 pounds and stand/walk long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans for optimal product placement and displays.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain product freshness.
• Maintain store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; manage backrooms.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using equipment.
• Implement promotions and set up displays and signage.
• Build relationships with store managers and provide customer service.
