Job summary

BFC Solutions is hiring a Service Technician to perform scheduled HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance across commercial locations in the Minneapolis area. Training is provided, and the role offers overtime, a take-home company vehicle, and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have transferable hands-on experience, can work independently on rooftops, and are comfortable with outdoor work in varying weather. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and able to meet pre-employment screenings.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 36 feet.
• Able to lift and move heavy filters and tools up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial customer locations within the assigned region.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and HVAC filter service.
• Work independently at customer sites and document work orders on a smartphone.
• Load and organize filters, tools, and supplies in the vehicle.
• Operate on commercial rooftops using ladders and safety practices.
