SMILEY POOL SERVICES is seeking a skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This remote, route-based role offers outdoor work and opportunities to deliver sparkling results for our customers who love their pools.

You will maintain, test, and balance water chemistry, inspect pumps and equipment, and communicate findings to clients. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are essential; CPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool service or related maintenance.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and water treatment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage an independent route.
• CPO certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance including vacuuming, brushing, and skimming.
• Test and balance water chemistry using correct chemicals and treatments.
• Inspect and service pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and motors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and chemical issues in residential or commercial pools.
• Complete service route efficiently and on schedule.
• Complete service details on company app.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Document service visits and maintain accurate records.
