Job summary

Shasta Industries Inc. is seeking a Pool Care Technician to perform routine maintenance and service for residential pools on a fixed route in the East Valley area. You will maintain water quality by adding chemicals and perform cleaning, water testing, and reporting results to managers.

Benefits include a company truck, uniform, tools, and equipment; hours are Monday through Friday starting at 5:30am, with a weekly route of 60-80 pools and 38–41 hours per week.

Qualifications

• No experience needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.
• Must have valid driver’s license with 5 years driving history and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential pool and spa on assigned route.
• Test water quality and adjust chemicals as needed.
• Clean pools via brushing, vacuuming, and filter care.
• Respond to water hygiene incidents and report to managers.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors to ensure service quality.
