Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to travel independently to multiple retail locations in Mooresville, NC. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and more, keeping shelves organized and well-stocked during daytime hours.

The role offers hourly pay with increases at 6 months and after one year, plus flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to service stores on assigned route and communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders and displays.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organization skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in your stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
