Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC is seeking a Route Assistant to begin a career in the beer distribution field. You will work with our drivers delivering beer and receive training to obtain a CDL-A, a first step toward leadership opportunities in sales.

This full-time role focuses on learning operations on a local route, assisting with inventory, unloading, and customer service while preparing for driver responsibilities and career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and assertive skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 25–40 pounds and handling kegs up to 161 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Class A-CDL and medical card.

Responsibilities

• Assist driver in counting inventory on the truck and during deliveries.
• Pull proper products from bays and assist with loading and unloading at accounts.
• Assist with account transactions and end-of-day settlements as required.
• Maintain merchandising standards and restock to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Ensure safe driving practices and compliance with company policies.
