Kristen Distributing Company in Bryan, TX is seeking a Route Assistant to support drivers and ensure safe, timely deliveries of beer and non‑alcoholic beverages to accounts. You will load/unload, help with maneuvering trucks, and assist with inventory, paperwork, and basic safety checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift and carry heavy packages and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Route Driver with loading and unloading cases, kegs, and other beverages.
• Aid drivers with maneuvering and backing up delivery trucks safely.
• Maintain product rotation and verify orders during deliveries.
• Support inventory counts and accurate delivery documentation.
• Represent Kristen Distributing Company professionally during customer interactions.
• Assist with on-site customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Participate in pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and safety training.
• Assist with delivery paperwork, end-of-day settlements, and record-keeping.
