Job summary

Champagne Beverage Co. in Madisonville, LA is seeking a delivery support team member to assist drivers on early morning routes, starting at 5:00 a.m. until route completion.

You will help with inspections, route navigation, deliveries, stocking and merchandising at customer locations, and act as a spotter for safe backing of vehicles. This is a physically demanding role requiring handling up to 150 lbs occasionally.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, beginning at 5:00 a.m. until route completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Support drivers with route navigation and deliveries.
• Help deliver, stock, rotate, and merchandise products at customer locations.
• Provide coverage on various routes as needed. This is a floating position, and route assignments may change daily based on staffing and workload requirements.
• Safely handle products weighing 35-50 lbs. regularly and up to 150 lbs. occasionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the truck, trailer, and pallet jacks.
• Act as a spotter when drivers are backing up vehicles to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
