Job summary

Prime Well Solutions in Midland, TX is seeking a Roustabout/Rig Up Tech to support flowback operations on-site. You will set up and maintain equipment, perform manual labor, and assist rig-up/rig-down tasks alongside seasoned operators.

The role requires physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds, willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Training available for non-experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Oilfield experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude; committed to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of flowback equipment on well sites
• General labor duties: loading/unloading equipment, connecting pipes and hoses, cleaning work areas
• Maintain and repair flowback equipment as needed
• Follow all company and client safety standards and procedures
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist flowback operators and supervisors as required

Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated, reliable Roustabouts / Rig Up Techs to join our team. This position is critical to supporting flowback operations by setting up and maintaining equipment on location, performing manual labor, and assisting with rig-up/rig-down tasks.
