Job summary

DSI is seeking a reliable Oil and Gas Roustabout to join our team in the United States. The role supports rig and facility operations, requiring physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Pay ranges from $22 to $36 per hour and a 40–60 hour work week, not rotational. Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, maintaining well sites, operating pumps and generators, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in oil and gas preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on well sites and production facilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, and generators.
• Support other divisions of DSI on joint projects.
• Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
• Monitor and report any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
