Design-Solutions- is seeking a reliable Oil and Gas Roustabout to join our team. The role supports various rig and facility operations, handling loading/unloading, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.

The position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. You will operate pumps, compressors, and generators, assist with maintenance tasks, and collaborate with other divisions on projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous oil and gas experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain safety certifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Perform general maintenance and repair on well sites and facilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, and generators.
• Support other divisions on joint projects.
• Clean and maintain work areas following safety and environmental regulations.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Participate in safety drills and trainings.
• Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to team goals.
• Monitor and report hazards to appropriate personnel.

The Roustabout will play a crucial role in supporting various operations in the oil and gas industry, performing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of rigs and facilities.
