We are currently looking for a Key Carrier to join our Fun and Fast-Paced Team at Round Barn Estates reporting to the General Manager overseeing the service team focusing on exceptional customer service in a team environment.

Essential Job Functions
  • In tandem with Management, mentor property staff and new employees by providing thoughtful, in-the-moment feedback and encouragement intended to aid our team in moving toward their goals
  • Establish honest and trusting professional relationships with team members as a step in fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and empowerment
  • Cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork by suggesting and organizing team building activities
  • Blend industry leading selling techniques with company history and extensive product knowledge to deliver a unique experience and build a genuine emotional connection with our guests
  • Promote passionate guest service by taking ownership of every guest interaction
  • Perform daily retail operations including, but not limited to; opening and closing responsibilities, change orders, cash handling and POS functions
  • Operate cash registers with extreme attention to detail; void transactions when needed
  • Help ensure buildings and grounds are clean and well maintained at all times
  • Responsible for helping to check-out staff at closing
  • Assist managers (as needed) with monthly product inventory counts with a high degree of accuracy and use problem solving skills to resolve discrepancies

Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding position. It may sometimes require lifting up to 50 pounds as well as frequent walking and standing for long periods. Will be required to lift cases of product from time to time and other supplies needed for the location.May be required to work outdoors for long periods.

Opening, Closing, Weekends and some holidays required

Travel

No overnight travel is expected. May be required to travel to other company properties.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma required

Must be 18 years of age

Previous customer service experience required
