We are currently hiring for a Rough Terrain Forklift Operator/Lead Laborer in Milwaukee!

Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated walls. We specialize in the new construction of commercial, multi-unit, and mixed-use buildings.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Operate rough terrain forklift to distribute construction materials around the jobsite and into the building.
2. Load and unload semis and flatbed trucks of construction materials onto the jobsite.
3. Organize material laydown areas around the jobsite.
4. Perform general laborer tasks.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience operating a rough terrain forklift on a commercial construction site.
2. Proven, positive attendance record.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to effectively multi-task.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Carpentry skills are a plus.
