Job summary

Trillium Staffing is hiring Certified Rough Terrain Crane Operators for a major industrial shutdown project in Osceola, Arkansas. This position features 12-hour shifts, 60–70 hours per week, and OT after 8 hours, with weekend OT paid.

Pay is $45 per hour day shift or $46 per hour night shift, plus a per diem of $110 per day. Candidates must hold a current NCCCO card and TLL certification, have RT crane experience, and pass a 10‑panel drug screen; high safety standards apply.

• Current/Valid TLL certification.
• Proven experience operating Rough Terrain cranes.
• Must have NCCCO card and valid ID.
• Able to work extended 12-hour shifts on the project schedule.
• Must pass a 10-panel rapid drug screen.
