Job summary

Trillium Staffing is hiring Certified Rough Terrain Crane Operators for a major industrial shutdown project in Osceola, Arkansas. This position features 12-hour shifts, 60–70 hours per week, and OT after 8 hours, with weekend OT paid.

Pay is $45 per hour day shift or $46 per hour night shift, plus a per diem of $110 per day. Candidates must hold a current NCCCO card and TLL certification, have RT crane experience, and pass a 10‑panel drug screen; high safety standards apply.

Trillium Construction is now hiring Certified Rough Terrain (RT) Crane Operators for a major industrial shutdown projectin Osceola, Arkansas.

Job Details

• Job Location:Osceola, AR
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 - 6:00
• Hours: Approximately 60-70 hours per week
• Overtime: OT after 8 hours; Saturday and Sunday shifts are always paid OT
• Pay: $45/hr day shift / $46/hr night shift
• Per Diem: $110/day, paid days worker
• Openings: Multiple RT Crane Operator positions

Equipment

Liebherr Rough Terrain Crane Seats include:

• -90-ton RT, day shift, 10/19-10/24 (6 total shifts)
• -90-ton RT, night shift, 10/19-10/24 (6 total shifts)
• -100-ton RT, day shift, 10/20-10/24 (5 total shifts)

Requirements

• Current/Valid TLLcertification
• Proven experience operating Rough Terrain cranes
• Must have your NCCCO card and valid ID available at all times
• Must be able to work extended 12-hour shifts and the required project schedule
• Must pass a 10-panel rapid drug screen

PPE & Site Requirements

• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Steel-toed boots (no tennis shoes)
• Long-sleeve shirt
• Night-shift employees must wear a high-visibility shirt or vest
• No tools are required.
