Job summary

Structural Technologies is expanding its field operations in the Maysville, KY area and seeks a skilled Rough Terrain Crane Operator to handle a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 on long-term projects. You will work with riggers and signal personnel to execute lifts safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has NCCCO certification for rough terrain/hydraulic cranes and proven RT crane experience, with a strong emphasis on load charts, rigging and safety.

Qualifications

• NCCCO Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes is required.
• Proven RT crane operating experience, Tadano equipment a plus.
• Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 Rough Terrain Crane safely per manufacturer specs and site rules.
• Perform daily pre-operational checks, inspect rigging, monitor fluids, report issues promptly.
• Coordinate with riggers and signalers to ensure precise, secure lifts and placements.
• Assist with general site duties when crane idle to keep project moving.
• Maintain strict OSHA-compliant safety practices and company policies.
