Job summary

RES is seeking a Craft – Operator to safely and efficiently perform Civil and Electrical duties at the project site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. You will work with heavy and light equipment and contribute to productive, orderly job sites.

Responsibilities include following OSHA procedures, operating equipment such as backhoe, loader, roller, and rock truck, inspecting loads and equipment, recording pre-inspections and maintenance needs, and reporting issues to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CCO certification for crane operators required.
• CDL certification for A/T cranes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA safety procedures for heavy and light equipment.
• Operate light/heavy equipment (backhoe, loader, roller, rock truck) and crane-related gear.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing loads and perform pre-inspection checks.
• Report results from pre-inspections and monitor hours, fuel usage, deficiencies.
• Maintain site organization and perform preventive maintenance.
• Notify supervisor for refueling and report malfunctions.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety procedures followed.
