Job summary

PSS LLC is seeking Rough Carpenters/Plumbers for a 2,500-acre Data Center project in Hubbard, Texas, between Dallas and Waco. Work involves building and maintaining temporary structures, installing plumbing for temporary offices and restrooms, and installing safety features across the site.

The role is project-based with pay of $26.00–$30.00 per hour, 5–6 days per week, 10 hours per day, plus a per diem of $95 per day worked.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of rough carpentry experience.
• 1+ years of rough plumbing experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, maintain and remove temporary wooden structures.
• Construct, install, and remove temporary safety barricades, guardrails, and enclosures.
• Construct, install, and remove temporary site signage and directional indicators.
• Install and remove temporary plumbing systems for construction offices and restrooms.
• Hook up water and drainage for temporary restrooms and sanitation stations.
• Maintain site utilities by inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing temporary water lines.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Use basic carpentry and plumbing tools under supervision.
