We expect practical experience in rough carpentry and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to lift 75+ pounds while maintaining safety and quality craftsmanship on all weather job sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair decks and structural framing.
• Install asphalt shingle roofs, siding, windows, and doors.
• Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately.
• Load and unload materials and maintain an organized job site.
• Work safely at heights, on ladders, and in all weather conditions.
