Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements; perform repetitive movements, handle components weighing 30–50 lbs., and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate defects and equipment issues, collaborate with team members and supervisors, maintain housekeeping standards, cross-train in other production areas, and work overtime as needed.
