This position reports to:

Production Supervisor

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR

Your role and responsibilities:

• Load production lines with required parts, read diagrams and instructions, accurately assemble motor components, and meet quality and production standards.
• Operate air hoists and lifting devices, use basic computer systems, and learn production processes and systems.
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements; perform repetitive movements, handle components weighing 30-50 lbs., and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate defects and equipment issues, collaborate with team members and supervisors, maintain housekeeping standards, cross-train in other production areas, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications for the role:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
