Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is hiring for an Assembler/Trimmer to work on rotomolded tank products in a manufacturing setting. You will test tanks, trim excess material, assemble components, and inspect output to ensure quality.

Expect hands-on work with hand and power tools, plus use of drawings and work orders to follow specifications. We seek dependable team players who can follow instructions, maintain safety, and adapt to multiple tasks including washing, testing, rotomolding, and repairs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn forklift certification as required.
• Experience operating an overhead crane preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test tanks coming off the molding operation to ensure quality and functionality.
• Trim excess material from tanks after the molding process.
• Assemble tanks and components according to work instructions and drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, torches, taps, and adhesives to assemble tanks.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Assist with washing, testing, rotomolding, and repairing products.
• Check inventory and access engineering drawings using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
