Job summary

PlayCore in Fort Payne, AL is seeking a Rotomold Operator to set up RotoMold processes, weigh powder, and maintain molds to produce quality plastic parts.

You will operate related equipment, perform secondary operations, read blueprints, and report daily production while adhering to safety standards. This hands-on role requires willingness to work long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and stay focused on quality.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing 1 year experience preferred.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old with solid work experience.
• Must be able to visually distinguish colors.
• Must read and understand work schedules, blueprints and meet daily production goals.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate Rotomold machine and input process parameters.
• Weigh powder and maintain molds to produce quality parts.
• Perform secondary operations and pack/assemble as required.
• Report daily production and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Read blueprints and follow safety rules; lift up to 50 pounds.
