Douglas Dynamics, a leading manufacturer of snow and ice control equipment in Michigan, seeks a Rotomold Operator to set up, run, and monitor rotational molding processes for plastic parts. You will handle molds, perform quality checks, and support daily production with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach above shoulders and outward.
• Ability to bend, squat and crawl.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rotational molding equipment according to production specifications.
• Load and unload molds, ensuring correct placement of resin, inserts, and components.
• Monitor molding cycles, machine settings, and product quality.
• Perform mold changes and basic machine adjustments.
• Operate a powered industrial truck for material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of molds and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
