Landscape Structures in Delano, MN is hiring a Rotomold Finisher for the 3rd shift to finish plastic parts and create smooth surfaces on molded components. The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with strong teamwork in a night shift environment.

The position offers a 10:00 P.M.–6:30 A.M. schedule, with a $18.50–$20.00 hourly base plus a $4.00 shift differential and eligibility for profit-sharing and a bonus program.

POSITION SUMMARY

The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through finishing techniques, such as trimming excess plastic material. In addition to creating a smooth surface on all plastic parts to prevent rough edges on play equipment.

Hours: S-Th, 10:00 P.M.-6:30 A.M.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $4.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
